Stanislav has been in the executive search business since 1992 - a track record matched by very few Russian consultants. Since launching his executive search career Stanislav has gained experience working in various economic sectors with multinational and leading Russian companies.  While working for globally-known as well as major Russian executive search organisations Stanislav has conducted dozens of search assignments for C level executives and board-members throughout Russia and the CIS.  Stanislav received his business education in Manchester Business School and International Management Institute of St.Petersburg (IMISP). He is a graduate of St. Petersburg University of Civil Engineering. Stanislav is based in Moscow.

Olga Chebotkova

Olga has been in executive search since 1998. Prior to her consulting career Olga held managerial positions in well-known multinational FMCG companies. Olga has gained vast experience of conducting search assignments for Russian and multinational companies including cross-boarder projects. Her search portfolio comprises positions ranging from functional directors to general managers. Olga is a graduate of Institute of Trade and Economics. She obtained an MBA from IMISP in 1998 and currently holds seminars on career planning as well as talent management related issues for MBA students in a number of business schools. Since 2006 Olga has been a co-chair of HR committee of American Chamber of commerce in Saint Petersburg. In 2006 she was nominated as one of the «Gold hundred best managers» of Saint Petersburg. Olga is based in Saint Petersburg.

Elena Zlygosteva

Elena has gained vast experience in talent acquisition in the financial services, consumer and industrial sectors. Before joining TRANSEARCH International Elena was a consultant with an executive search firm. Prior she occupied various positions in Human Resources with PricewaterhouseCoopers. She holds a degree in Foreign Languages from the Moscow State Teachers Training University. Elena is based in Moscow.

Natalia Andrusova

Natalia acquired extensive experience in various fields of HR Management. She possesses in-depth knowledge of multicultural environment and good understanding of all roles and functions within a multinational business organisation. She has broad expertise in talent evaluation, acquisition and retention. Before launching her career in Executive Search Natalia held the position of HR Manager in bank Societe Generale Vostok St. Petersburg. Natalia is a graduate of the legal faculty of Paris I, Pantheon-Sorbonne, and holds a degree in international economic law. Natalia is based in Saint-Petersburg.

Natalia Pashkevich

Executive search consultant since 2001, Natalia holds a MSc. degree with honors in economics. She has successfully conducted many diversified search assignments for multinational and leading Russian companies. Her area of expertise spans across financial services, industry, consumer & retail, IT and other sectors. Prior to joining TRANSEARCH Natalia gained her experience as Consultant and later Senior Consultant with two leading international executive search organisations and a private Russian executive search boutique. Natalia is based in Moscow .
